Booking
Lessons are arranged over WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only once we have replied to confirm a date, time and meeting point. Prices shown on this site are per person and are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah, with US Dollar amounts given for guidance only.

Who can take part
Surfing is a physical activity carried out in open water and carries inherent risk. To take part you must:
- Be able to swim unassisted in open water.
- Declare any medical condition that could affect your safety in the water, including heart conditions, epilepsy, recent surgery and pregnancy.
- Follow your instructor's directions at all times.
Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian to be present at the lesson.

Safety and equipment
We provide a board and rash guard suited to your level and experience. Equipment must be returned in the condition it was issued; damage caused by misuse may be charged at replacement cost.
We may shorten, relocate or cancel a lesson at any point if conditions become unsafe. Your instructor's judgement on water conditions is final.
Insurance and liability

You take part at your own risk. We are responsible for delivering the lesson with reasonable care and skill, and for the safety measures within our control. We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the beach.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indonesian law.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
