Cancelling your lesson

| Between 24 and 4 hours before | Free reschedule, no refund |

To cancel or reschedule, message us on WhatsApp at +62 821-6699-47911. The time we receive your message is the time we use.
If we cancel
Surf conditions decide a great deal of what we do. If your instructor judges the ocean unsafe, or if weather makes the lesson impossible, we will offer you:
- A different time slot on another day, at no extra cost; or
- A full refund.
The choice is yours. We never keep payment for a lesson we could not deliver.
Late arrival
Lessons start at the agreed time. If you arrive late, we will still teach you, but the lesson ends at its scheduled finish so the next group is not delayed.
Refund processing
